Los Angles is known for its thriving art scene, new artistic murals are popping up all over the city, from Paul Smiths famous ‘Pink Wall’ to Collette Millers global ‘Angel Wings‘.

Thousands of people flock to these murals each day to capture the some insta worthy pics. The only problem is, these murals are scattered all over the city and it can be hard to capture them all in just one visit.

Although Melrose Avenue is quite the exception, with over 6 of the famous walls located within walking distance of each other. The ‘Melrose Avenue Walls’ are perfect for anyone looking to spice up their Instagram feed and show off one of the most instagram worthy places in LA.

Tourist tend to take part in free walking tours to see what LA has to offer, but this is the new ‘In’ thing on the scene. Some of the ‘LA instagram walls’ even have their own hashtag on social media.

In fact, if you plan on visiting the pink wall at peak times be sure to pack some snacks because the line will be around the corner.

Nonetheless, thousands wait inline to get that perfect pic for ‘the gram’.

The next of the famous Melrose Avenue Walls is none other than the made in LA wall. The wall is extremely popular among the LA photo spots scene. And, similar to the pink wall, it attracts a tone of people.

Now, I was made in Ireland, but it’s always nice to pretend 😉

3. Colette Millers Angel Wings

Next on the list of famous Melrose Avenue Walls is the Amazing Angel Wings by Colette Miller. This wall is a part of a global project called Colette Miller Angel wings.

The project started in the ‘City of Angeles’, Los Angeles but has now expanded all over the world. To countries like France, Mexico and Japan.

4. Please don’t Instagram This Wall Los Angeles

The next wall on the list is basically just asking to be disobeyed. The ‘Please Don’t Instagram This Wall’ is the perfect sneaky pic for any instagram page.

In fact, I think it’s my favourite of the Los Angeles walls.

The wall is located in a car park behind Collette Mills Angel Wings. In that car park are many different wall murals, all worth checking out.

5. Assembly Los Angles Wall Melrose Avenue

Ok, so the next wall on the list can be a bit of an eye sore when you first see it. I must admit it took me way too long to figure out what it read. The Assembly Los Angeles Wall is a great addition to Melrose Avenue. This wall isn’t as popular and may be easier to catch a snap without a line.

If you want to avoid the palm tree reflection consider arriving earlier or later in the day. I, however think the palm trees add to the Los Angeles theming.

6. Girls Tour Wall Melrose Avenue

For the last of the Melrose Avenue walls get your girl gang together and pose in front of the Girls Tour Wall.

You even have two choices, a pink backdrop or a yellow boarder. Or, even better take a photo in front of both.
